This year, we were selected as Bama Food’s Carrier of the Year! This honor is well deserved and impressive because it is the first time ever they have awarded an LTL carrier this award. We want to thank all our drivers and let you know that you are appreciated and recognized by our customers for your hard work.
This award is surveyed by the Bama Shipping and Receiving, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams. The results are then scored by the Bama Logistics Team and recommended to the awards committee.
The question ask, “What facet of our business directly interacts each and every day with each and every customer of The Bama Companies” there is only one clear answer, our carriers. As such, they shoulder a tremendous amount of Customer Service responsibility and truly are ambassadors of The Bama Companies. Bama recognizes a transportation supplier with its annual Carrier of the Year Award that has demonstrated excellence in transportation. We are fortunate to hold strong partnerships with many exceptional carriers.
