Our Cold Storage Warehouse Specifications
Our 100% food-grade warehouse and distribution/transportation are BRC Certified for the Food Safety Management Act (FSMA). We have 24-hour monitoring on our system that alerts our maintenance and management staff of any temperature fluctuations of more than three degrees, ensuring product integrity.
Our facilities are state-of-the-art with top-of-the-line equipment to help our operation run safely and efficiently. The first phase was constructed in 2010 with an expansion and updated refrigeration being completed in 2018.
The cold storage warehouse has over 21,000 pallet positions situated within approximately 150,000 square feet. The pallet racking is configured in various heights to meet all customer requirements and maximize storage capacity.
Food Distribution and Cold Storage
For efficient electronic traceability, each shrink-wrapped pallet is labeled with a barcode and scanned within our warehouse management system. We receive and ship approximately 16,000 pallets per month totaling approximately 1.2 million cases of product per month. We house frozen food products for various industries such as retail, food service, fast food chains, etc., all with ranging shelf lives.
All of your products are stored under optimal conditions at our state-of-the-art facility. This helps to maintain their quality and freshness until they are ready for distribution. We use advanced systems to monitor temperature and humidity in our storage areas, ensuring the integrity of all stored goods.
