Witte Truck Driving School

Persons wishing to enter the exciting world of trucking can take advantage of a program offered by Witte Bros. Exchange, Inc. and Witte Truck Driving School, LC. This is a low cost program that is coupled with the Witte Bros. trainee program to get you on the road to earning an outstanding income. You will enjoy weekly time at home and first year earning potential between $35,000 and $45,000 per year.

Owner / Operator Program

We recognize that you would not be where you are today without two people rolled in to one; a successful Owner Operator and a smart businessman. As both, you will find that leasing to Witte Bros. Exchange is an excellent business and personal decision. Our goal is to form a long-term successful business relationship with our lease operators.

Equipment - Trucks

Witte Brothers has an all conventional fleet of air-ride 2005 or newer Peterbilt 387 and Volvo VN670 tractors with plenty of horsepower, Jake-brakes, 13 speed transmissions, and luxury interiors including power windows and refrigerators.

Company Drivers

We are looking for individuals that treat customers in a fair and equitable manner. In turn, we expect our customers to treat our drivers with respect and courtesy when delivering and picking up freight. As a company, we support our drivers while at customer facilities. In return, we ask our drivers to deal with certain situations that will inevitably arise in a professional and courteous manner. Our primary focus is to emphasize customer service at all times.

Student Trainees With CDL

CDL drivers who have 3-12 months of over-the-road experience must go through our driver training program. The training program is 4-6 weeks depending on the drivers capability. This program is actual over-the-road driving with a Witte Bros. driver-trainer performing the normal tasks that will be required as a solo driver.
